The competition is open to Woolwich registered intermediaries only. Woolwich registered intermediaries are those individuals registered with the Woolwich who are either appointed representatives of an entity directly authorised by the FSA to sell regulated mortgages to the public, or are themselves directly authorised by the FSA. This does not include employees of directly authorised entities or appointed representatives even if they are engaged in the referral of mortgage business. For the avoidance of doubt it is the individual who must be registered with the Woolwich. Incorporated entities or partnerships are not eligible to enter the competition. If you are in any doubt as to your eligibility please contact the Woolwich on 0845 070 1567. Prizes are only available to those individual eligible to enter the competition.
